Judith Watkins - Originally from South Wales and with a background in Banking /Financial Services, Customer Care and ultimately working with the Vice Chancellor and Board of Governors in one of South Wales leading universities. Judith heads up the Office and, together with her husband Paul, is the joint owner of Premier Properties Tenerife established in 2006.

Paul Davies - Also from South Wales, is our expert negotiator! With a background in Sales and Marketing Paul knows the local property market like no other!  He has a knack of matching people with property and always strives to strike the right balance for vendors and purchasers alike! Paul is an excellent networker and is always on the lookout for more properties!

Damian Roldan - Damián, who is a Law graduate, was born in Argentina. His position in the Agency is responsibility for all legal works related to the sale and purchase of a property. He networks with all the relevant bodies, local Town Halls, Tax Offices, Land Registries and banks in order to ensure that legal works are carried out with full transparency and legality. He also does Heritage works for our clients both here in Tenerife and Solicitors within the United Kingdom as and when necessary.

Karen Vandewalle - Karen has lived here on our lovely Island for 14 years. Karen takes on properties, replies to clients enquiries and keeps the website up to date. In addition to the website and social media, Karen is a tremendous support for the rest of the Premier Properties team. She speaks Dutch, French, German, English and Spanish.

Jake Peach - Jake is the latest addition to our Team and is our Office Administrator. He has lived here for over a decade and has a background in banking and financial services both in retail and operations. Jake will be taking care of the office administration while also providing client support in English and Spanish.
